Our owner and Director Kev Le Voi MRICS is a Project & Development Consultant with a background in Building Surveying. Kev brings over 20 years of experience in the UK's construction industry and with his comprehensive experience working formerly with Deloitte, Genr8 Developments and Zerum Consult, Kev has demonstrated his expertise across various sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial, and leisure.

Kev's extensive experience and leadership in managing complex projects and technical due diligence make him a valuable asset in the construction and development sectors.

Kev is coach and membership secretary at Marple Mini and Juniors Rugby Club, dedicates time to St Ann’s Hospice and loves spending time in the mountains with friends and family.
