Kev Le Voi MRICS, Owner and Director, is a Project and Development Consultant with a professional background in Building Surveying. With over 20 years’ experience in the UK construction industry, Kev has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects and providing robust technical and commercial advice.

Having previously held senior roles with Deloitte, Genr8 Developments and Zerum Consult, Kev has worked across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial and leisure. His experience spans project delivery, development consultancy and technical due diligence, allowing him to support clients from early feasibility through to completion.

Outside of his professional role, Kev is Coach and Membership Secretary at Marple Mini and Juniors Rugby Club, actively supports charities, and enjoys spending time in the mountains with friends and family.
